Property address — to look up your county assessor record and generate your protest packet.
Email address — to deliver your protest packet after payment and to respond to support inquiries.
IP address — to prevent abuse and enforce usage limits.
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never store your credit card number or billing details.
Usage data — page views, button clicks, and conversion events collected via Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

2. How We Use Your Information

To generate and email your property tax protest packet.
To respond to your support or contact form inquiries.
To notify you of service updates or when we expand to your county (only if you opted in).
To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve the service.
To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive usage.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 sets cookies in your browser to track sessions and aggregate usage. This data is anonymized and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We may also use Google Ads to promote our service. Google Ads may set cookies to measure ad effectiveness. You can manage Google ad preferences at adssettings.google.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for property owners who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
